This may include, but is not limited to, closures or restrictions due to construction, remodeling, repair, or maintenance (whether planned or unplanned), or for health and safety reasons, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, power outages, or medical emergencies.

Property Damage, Theft, Loss, etc.

Animals

Animals are not allowed on the premises, except for service animals assisting individuals with disabilities or on-duty law enforcement animals ("exempt animals"). All exempt animals must be licensed, vaccinated, and have identification tags (where applicable). They must remain leashed or caged and under the control of a responsible person at all times. If an exempt animal causes a disturbance, interrupts others, or poses a health or safety risk, it must be immediately removed from the premises. The animal's owner is responsible for promptly cleaning up after the animal and is liable for any damage caused by the animal.

Court Reservations

Pickleball courts must be reserved in advance through the CourtReserve App, www.courtreserve.com, or with an employee. Court reservations are booked in half-hour increments with a minimum of one hour. You must purchase the total amount of time you want to play and end your playing on the top of the hour when your time is up. (You will be given a 15-minute buffer time only if there is no one else waiting to play.) If you play past the 15-minute buffer time, and/or hold up another player’s reservation, Pickle Pit Stop has the right to automatically charge your payment listed on your profile for any additional playing time rounded up, in half-hour increments.
As a Member, you can reserve a specific court or courts (that are available) up to 14 days in advance, and with a "Pay Per Play" account, up to 5 days in advance. All courts are considered equal. While patrons may request specific court numbers, there is no guarantee of availability. Court assignments may be changed at the discretion of Pickle Pit Stop.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance through courtreserve.com or the CourtReserve app to avoid a penalty. No account credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. Pickle Pit Stop reserves the right to cancel any class or clinic due to insufficient registration before the session begins. In such cases, appropriate credits will be applied to your Pickle Pit Stop account balance, regardless of your payment method. These credits do not expire.

Hosting and Private Events Policy
To ensure fair access to our courts and maintain the quality of the Pickle Pit Stop experience, members and guests may not host or organize their own events, clinics, or group sessions at Pickle Pit Stop without prior approval from ownership.
All events — including private tournaments, lessons, group play sessions, charity fundraisers, or other organized gatherings — must be coordinated and scheduled through the Pickle Pit Stop management team. This allows us to:

  • Avoid conflicts with existing bookings and open play sessions.

  • Ensure proper liability coverage and safety standards.

  • Maintain consistent facility use and player experience.

Unauthorized or unapproved events may result in suspension of membership privileges or loss of facility access.
To request approval for an event, please contact ownership or management at (737) 368-3000 or email support@picklepitstop.com prior to promoting or scheduling any activity.

Guest and Liability Waiver Policy
To protect all players and ensure compliance with our insurance and safety standards, every person who plays at Pickle Pit Stop must have a signed liability waiver on file before participating in any activity.
This includes all court reservations, open play sessions, clinics, lessons, and private events.
If you reserve a court or organize any type of session and invite friends, family, or guests, it is your responsibility to make sure that every participant has completed the waiver process by signing up for the “Pay-Per-Play” account through CourtReserve.
Registration Form Link: https://www.picklepitstop.com/join-the-club/registration-form
If any guest or participant plays without having a signed liability waiver on file, the reservation owner assumes full responsibility for any injury, damage, or claim that may occur as a result of their participation.
Please take a moment before play begins to verify that all guests are properly registered. This helps keep everyone safe and ensures continued access to our facility.

Disciplinary Procedures

If the behavior of any member, guest, or visitor raises concern for a Pickle Pit Stop staff member, either through direct observation or other means, Pickle Pit Stop reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspension or expulsion, to address the situation. This may occur without a refund of any fees already paid. The management’s decision is final, and Pickle Pit Stop will not be held liable for such decisions.
